We made a trip to China in August 2010 on our quest to see another of the Seven Wonders of the World.
We can't say enough GREAT things about this trip...everything from the sights, people, food, tours, shopping, history, culture...every aspect of this trip was FANTASTIC!!
Let's get to the reason why we went to China...pics from the Great Wall followed by our visit to the house of Mao (Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square)
In addition to the Great Wall, we visited the terracotta warriors guarding the Qin dynasty tombs near Xian, a cruise on the Li river from Guilin to the countryside town of Yangshuo and a visit to Expo 2010 in Shanghai!
